Overview
The Associate Analyst - Learning Administration role at Deloitte offers an opportunity to support the North-South Europe (NSE) firm in delivering exceptional learning and talent support services. This position focuses on providing high-quality first-line learning administration support, ensuring consistent customer service and solutions aligned with HR Services objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Add classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
- Process scheduled reports and provide delegate lists.
- Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work.
- Close classes, process post-course evaluations, and gather feedback.
- Complete system-related updates within deadlines and procedural guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation.
- Work within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
- Administer other Learning Support Services processes as required.
