Key Responsibilities

• Add classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
• Process scheduled reports and provide delegate lists.
• Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work.
• Close classes, process post-course evaluations, and gather feedback.
• Complete system-related updates within deadlines and procedural guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation.
• Work within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
• Administer other Learning Support Services processes as required.
