Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Apprentices to join our software development team in Hyderabad. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across domains such as software development, Microsoft technologies, AI/ML, data engineering, cloud computing, Salesforce development, and technical analysis. You will work closely with experienced engineers to contribute to real-world projects and develop valuable technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, contribute to solution discussions, and assist in troubleshooting.
• Perform coding tasks including scripting, programming fundamentals, API testing, and unit testing using languages such as C#, Python, and Java.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• Develop and maintain simple reports, dashboards, and data quality checks.
• Learn foundational concepts in software development methodologies, object-oriented programming, data analysis, machine learning basics, and exploratory data analysis.
• Gain exposure to cloud computing (Azure & AWS), including provisioning and monitoring resources.
• Understand CRM systems and Salesforce basics, including configuring reports and workflows.
• Follow best practices in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, and documentation.
• Apply data security, privacy, and compliance principles when handling sensitive information.
• Participate in team stand-ups, presentations, and documentation activities.
• Engage in training sessions, learning modules, and soft skills workshops.
• Support experiment tracking, task scheduling, and maintain detailed logs.
• Collaborate with peers to solve technical challenges and improve problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (BTech) or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Knowledge of backend, frontend, database, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to explain and apply technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Exposure to cloud services, Salesforce, or AI/ML concepts is an advantage.

Compensation
