The Divisional Control Office (DCO) function is a dedicated risk and control unit, providing a consolidated view and central coordination of non-financial risks, along with effective, efficient, and consistent standards and policies. The Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO) DCO office has coverage responsibilities for all functions within GCOO, including Human Resources, Global Real Estate, Trade Settlement & Confirmation Office, and Global Procurement, among others.
A new Control Testing Unit is being established. This unit will work closely with other control testing teams across Infrastructure. It will be responsible for creating, identifying, tracking, and reporting control testing activities. The team will conduct independent testing (design and operating effectiveness) on different risk types in line with the Control Testing Standards.
