- Develop knowledge of the application environment and support team activities.

- Work with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Record client interactions and resolutions to help refine support processes.
Professional and Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Experience with Service Desk Voice Support is beneficial.
- Understanding of client relationship management practices.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured support workflows.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non technical users.
