About the Role

As an IND Analyst I Wealth - PA Technology, you will support and test Aon’s proprietary Pension Administration System to meet client requirements. You will work on configuring systems using proprietary tools, performing analysis, and executing tests to deliver quality outcomes for pension administration tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with strong logical thinking, programming skills, and a keen interest in pensions and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client requirements documentation.
• Configure systems using proprietary tools to meet high-complexity specifications.
• Execute unit tests and document results.
• Troubleshoot basic system defects and errors.
• Assist with analysis and test planning for low and medium complexity tasks.
• Run release regressions and identify test cases for execution.
• Utilize SQL queries and VBA code to support tasks.
• Ensure timely updates in project status tracking tools.
• Develop skills to prepare for future roles and responsibilities.

Experience Required:

• 0-1 years of experience in pensions/benefits, SQL, or VBA.
