Roles & Responsibilities

This position is with the KGS Recruitment Process Optimization (RPO) team for the US geography, part of Business Services capability, which supports the firm's strategy to enhance innovation, end-client support, and improve profitability globally.

The KGS RPO team provides solutions to KPMG member firms globally. By leveraging insights and applying best practices, the team helps streamline recruitment processes by identifying qualified candidates for current and future talent needs. Capabilities include candidate sourcing, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, campus hiring, candidate outreach, and talent mapping & insights.

We are recruiting for an Analyst in the RPO team. Responsibilities include:

• Source quality CVs through deep web techniques within stipulated time.
• Conduct market mapping exercises to gather and analyze talent.
• Identify prospective targets using job boards, internal databases, diversity tools, LinkedIn, deep web search, and other sourcing tools.
• Determine candidate prioritization parameters, such as identifying profile types of greatest interest, and create appropriate Boolean search strings.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the tracking database.
• Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members.
• Create basic reports, LinkedIn projects for recruiters, and assist with competitive analysis to strategize sourcing activities.
• Build profile pipelines of targeted individuals, competitor teams, and reporting structures, and develop organizational charts.
• Support business unit strategy initiatives around business development, knowledge management, quality, process improvement, and task management.

Educational qualifications

• Bachelors

Work experience

• 0-6 months in relevant domain.
• Preferred exposure to international work setup.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

• At least 0-6 months of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in talent sourcing with a professional services/recruitment consultancy firm.
• Working knowledge of Boolean search.

Preferred technical & functional skills

• Prior experience of working on a CRM/ATS system.
• Understanding of US geography.
