Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Analyst – Intercompany located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support invoice processing (trade and non-trade) activity as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.
• Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures.
• Validate and execute payments to internal suppliers, and close invoices with collection funds and disputes management.
• Generate and update the Interco AP and AR aging past dues analysis and other MIS reporting as per the process.
• Suggest and track rectification entries for errors identified by the internal QC team.
• Reconcile AR and AP sub-ledger versus trial balance.
• Perform Interco month-end activities, including reconciliation packages and posting accrual entries as per standard operating procedures.
• Support balance sheet reconciliation post month-end by providing necessary attachments or approvals from site finance.
• Support audit and compliance as per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a daily productivity log.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• Good understanding of MS applications.
• 0-1 year experience in accounting or AP domain.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
