Job Description

Amdocs is seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Business Analyst to join their team in Pune. This role offers the opportunity to work in a global, dynamic environment with leading-edge technologies and high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand customer business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements
• Prepare comprehensive business documents and solution specifications
• Design integrated, efficient, and scalable solutions aligning with customer goals and system operability
• Conduct product demonstrations and formal reviews with stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and solution delivery
• Support solution scoping and configuration, including test plan development and execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation/configuration issues
• Communicate technical details and business impacts of new solutions to customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management with a focus on Information Systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients using various presentation methods
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes and relevant product functionality
• Knowledge of the telecom industry and business frameworks like ETOM and ASOM
• Prior experience in cross-domain or cross-functional team collaboration is an added advantage
