Quality Service Associate, Cross Border
The Quality Service Associate is responsible for executing test case instructions and identifying discrepancies during software testing. The role focuses on delivering accurate testing results within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute prepared test cases to validate software builds.
- Carry out test case execution and accurately report any bugs or issues identified.
- Understand and follow testing procedures and guidelines for new builds and releases.
- Perform regression and repetitive testing to qualify builds while maintaining quality standards.
- Use internal software tools to capture testing data on a daily basis.
- Document results, communicate findings, escalate failures, and provide regular status updates.
- Raise questions or failures related to test execution through the clarification portal and close them according to defined SLAs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
