About the Role
The team supports automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers by providing real-time and offline image and video auditing services. The process helps Amazon fulfillment teams maintain inventory accuracy and improve stow quality through human-assisted audits.
Associates in this role review videos of stowing actions, understand the activity, and use internal tools to verify or mark product locations with a high level of accuracy. This is an operational role that requires careful video and image audits while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review several hundred videos during each shift and provide accurate audit responses.
- Maintain defined productivity, quality, and operational standards.
- Audit image, video, and text-based tasks using internal tools.
- Identify details from blurry or low-quality videos and provide correct responses.
- Follow rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekend schedules when required.
- Work effectively with remote teams and contribute as a team player.
- Maintain a dedicated workspace for work-from-home operations when applicable.
- Be available to work from office on selected days if required.
A Day in the Life
Associates work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts. The work schedule includes a 9-hour shift with pre-scheduled breaks, and shift timings may change based on business requirements.
Employees working night shifts may receive night shift allowance according to Amazon policy. Weekly offs are rotational with two consecutive days off during a five-day work week.
About the Team
The Data Auditing Operations team provides human support for visual audits on videos and images captured at fulfillment centers. Short video clips are reviewed to identify products being stored and improve automated stowing systems.
Associates use human judgment to review and audit these videos thoroughly. The audited data supports process improvement and helps maintain fulfillment center stow quality.
