Job Description

Altzen Technologies is seeking fresh graduates with strong analytical reasoning, logical thinking, and solid computer science fundamentals to join the enterprise applications support team. The role involves working with systems that run on SAP, Java, and Python based applications. The specific responsibilities assigned will depend on individual skills, aptitude, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and troubleshoot application level issues within enterprise environments.
• Monitor application health, logs, and performance metrics to detect and resolve problems.
• Work with cross functional teams to investigate incidents and drive them toward resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation including issue details, root cause analysis, and resolution steps.
• Assist with deployments, configuration changes, and environment management tasks.
• Participate in rotational shift support, including night shifts and weekend on call duties.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Problem solving capability with a structured approach to breaking down complex issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Good to Have

• Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Exposure to Linux or Windows server environments.
• Understanding of client server architecture and web application fundamentals.
