Duration: 6 Months
Airbus is looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join the team. This role offers hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering, test automation, and workflow engine prototyping. The intern will work closely with senior developers to contribute to product quality, migration initiatives, and UI/UX proof-of-concept projects.
Candidates should have a solid foundation in Java and Python development, web technologies, and software engineering principles. The ideal candidate is adaptable, strong at problem-solving, and eager to work with modern tools such as Playwright, Flowable, and Git-based platforms in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements, and design and execute automated end-to-end tests using Playwright for web applications.
- Develop a Proof of Concept (POC).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot software issues and maintain documentation.
- Take an active part in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.

- Delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions
- Achieving customer satisfaction
- Ability to upskill and work with different technology areas
