Job Description
An apprenticeship opportunity titled TSP Apprentice is available at Airbus India in New Delhi within the Customer Services FHS‑TSP department. The team manages activities across TSP MOC Defect Cell, TSP Engineering, TSP Planning and Technical Records, Fleet Configuration Management, and FHS Component Operations.
This apprenticeship program is expected to run for approximately 12 months, with a planned start in June 2026 (date may be flexible). The program provides exposure to aircraft maintenance operations, technical planning processes, and engineering support activities.
Key Responsibilities
TSP MOC - Defect Cell
- Support the MOC and Defect Cell with documentation such as work orders in line with company procedures and guidance from shift MOC staff.
- Assist in monitoring and following up on discrepancies reported within the MOC and Defect Cell processes.
TSP Engineering
- Assist with reliability data collection, coherency and quality checks, and basic data analysis.
- Support technical publication reviews and compliance activities.
- Provide multi‑ATA technical support for aircraft airframe, avionics systems, powerplant, and structural components.
TSP Planning and Technical Records
- Work with the Planning Engineer to create work orders and work packages related to planning activities.
- Assist in managing planning workflows and technical records processes.
- Help develop dashboards or KPI tracking for planning and technical records functions.
TSP Fleet Configuration Management
- Support oversight of aircraft configuration including component trees, assemblies, empty positions, and component transactions.
FHS Component Operations
- Assist the component operations team with daily activities, including customer coordination and supply chain related tasks.
During the apprenticeship, a tutor will guide the apprentice in defining professional goals and developing technical and professional capabilities.
Learning Exposure
- Continuing airworthiness management concepts.
- Technical understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance planning, technical services, and component operations.
- Use of maintenance information systems and operational workflows.
