Airbus Hiring TSP Apprentice - Customer Services (New Delhi)

Job Description

Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity titled TSP Apprentice within the Customer Services FHS-TSP department in New Delhi. The role provides exposure to areas such as TSP MOC Defect Cell, TSP Engineering, Planning and Technical Records, Fleet Configuration Management, and FHS Component Operations.

This program is designed as a 12 month apprenticeship expected to begin around June 2026, with some flexibility on the start date. Apprentices work alongside experienced teams and receive guidance from a tutor who helps define professional goals and support skill development.

Key Responsibilities

TSP MOC - Defect Cell

• Support MOC and Defect Cell teams with documentation such as work orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with follow up activities related to reported discrepancies handled by the MOC or Defect Cell function.

TSP Engineering

• Assist with reliability data collection, data quality checks, and analysis.
• Support review of technical publications and compliance activities.
• Provide technical assistance across multiple ATA chapters related to airframe, avionics systems, powerplant, and structures.

TSP Planning and Technical Records

• Work with planning engineers to prepare work orders and work package orders.
• Assist in managing planning workflow and technical records processes.
• Contribute to the creation of dashboards and KPIs for planning and technical records domains.

TSP Fleet Configuration Management

• Support oversight of aircraft configuration including component trees, assemblies, empty positions, and component transactions.

FHS Components Operations

• Assist the components operations team with daily activities, including areas related to customer management and supply chain coordination.

Skills Development

During the apprenticeship, participants gain exposure to continuing airworthiness management and develop technical capabilities in aircraft systems, maintenance planning, technical services, and component operations. The program also introduces the use of maintenance information systems and operational processes within airline support services.
