Training Delivery Apprentice

This apprenticeship program is planned for a duration of 12 months and is expected to begin in July 2026, with some flexibility regarding the start date.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

  • Report to the Training Delivery Coordinator at Airbus India Private Limited.
  • Support planning of maintenance training courses under the supervision of the Training Delivery Coordinator.
  • Create and distribute course programs and planning schedules using appropriate tools and resources.
  • Work with internal teams to organize facility bookings and instructor schedules efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Central Operations to arrange instructors, equipment and other resources to meet customer needs.
  • Schedule and optimize allocation of classrooms, instructors and equipment while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Training Standardization team to plan instructor qualification and update activities.
  • Handle last minute schedule changes by coordinating with airlines, MROs and internal Airbus teams to maintain smooth training delivery.
  • Participate in internal quality reviews and external regulatory or customer audits.
  • Coordinate with Central Operations for training data collection, consolidation and reporting.
  • Work closely with business performance teams at AIPL and AIS for training data analysis and reporting.
