
Airbus India is offering a 12 month apprenticeship opportunity for the role of Technical Services Engineer within the Fleet Technical Management team in Bangalore. The position is part of the IISBI department under Customer Services, supporting airline customers in operating Airbus fleets with strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.
The program is expected to begin around July 2026 (flexible start date). During the apprenticeship, participants work within a global aviation environment and gain exposure to engineering, technical documentation, and fleet support activities.
With support from a dedicated tutor, apprentices will identify professional goals and build practical skills in fleet technical management. The program offers exposure to airline style engineering operations with focus on technical publications review, fleet and component reliability analysis, and aircraft configuration management.
