Apprenticeship Program

Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity within the Advanced Engineering & System Studies team in Bengaluru. The department focuses on Health Engineering and predictive maintenance for aerospace systems.

This program is expected to run for approximately 12 months and is planned to begin in July 2026, with some flexibility in the start date. The position may require eligibility for security clearance by relevant authorities.

Your Mission

You will support engineering activities related to system design, modeling, and technical analysis while working with experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

• Design Support: Assist in the design, development, and optimization of aerospace components and systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Technical Analysis: Contribute to engineering analysis and help address technical challenges through data‑driven approaches.
• Tool Utilization: Use industry engineering tools and methodologies for system design, analysis, and validation.
• R&D Participation: Take part in technology maturation activities including concept generation, feasibility studies, and early prototyping.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams across R&D, design, manufacturing, and testing.
• Agile Development: Support development of applications within a Simulation Development Environment using agile practices.
• Documentation: Help prepare technical reports and contribute to internal presentations and documentation.
• Market and Technology Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to aerospace innovation.
