
Airbus is offering an apprenticeship opportunity for the role of Industrialisation Engineer at its Bengaluru location. The position is part of the Industrialisation department responsible for manufacturing engineering activities. This program is expected to run for about 12 months starting in July 2026, with some flexibility in the start date.
The apprenticeship provides exposure to digital technologies and industrial engineering practices within a global aerospace organization. Participants will work with engineering teams involved in manufacturing and industrial system development.
During the apprenticeship, participants gain practical exposure to aircraft manufacturing processes and industrial systems simulation. The program also introduces industrial data acquisition and management, aerospace supplier collaboration, industrial automation, and digital shop floor management.
Each apprentice is guided by a tutor who supports professional development, helps define career objectives, and assists in building technical skills throughout the program.
The role also requires awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity to support the company’s reputation and sustainable growth.
