
Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity for the role of HR Operations Apprentice. This program is designed for recent graduates who want to begin their professional journey within a global organization known for innovation, digital focus, and a diverse international workforce.
The apprenticeship is expected to run for approximately 12 months and is planned to start in July 2026 (with some flexibility). Participants will gain hands-on exposure to HR operations within a large corporate environment.
Throughout the program, a dedicated tutor will guide you in identifying professional goals and developing practical skills in HR operations.
This role requires awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity, which supports the company's reputation and sustainable growth.
