Job Description

Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity for the role of HR Operations Apprentice. This program is designed for recent graduates who want to begin their professional journey within a global organization known for innovation, digital focus, and a diverse international workforce.

The apprenticeship is expected to run for approximately 12 months and is planned to start in July 2026 (with some flexibility). Participants will gain hands-on exposure to HR operations within a large corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, helping ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and site-wide HR activities that support company culture.
• Prepare HR documentation, certificates, and internal communication materials for the HR department.

Throughout the program, a dedicated tutor will guide you in identifying professional goals and developing practical skills in HR operations.
