Airbus Hiring Governance & Operations Apprentice (Bangalore) | ₹4–7 LPA

Job Description

Airbus is offering an apprenticeship opportunity within the CIO Office (Strategy & Operations) at its Bangalore location. This role sits within the Digital department and provides exposure to strategic initiatives, executive operations, and performance management activities supporting senior leadership.

The apprenticeship program is planned for approximately 12 months and is expected to begin in July 2026, with some flexibility around the start date.

Key Responsibilities

Office of the CIO Operations

• Assist the Chief of Staff in coordinating daily operations and the strategic cadence of the CIO office.
• Support preparation for executive reviews, track key priorities, and help organize leadership meeting agendas.
• Coordinate high priority cross functional initiatives aligned with the CIO's strategic objectives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for the CIO and senior leadership team.

Performance Management

• Contribute to the performance management framework for the IT and Digital organization.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) against business objectives.
• Review performance data to identify trends, improvement areas, and potential risks.

Dashboard Development and Business Intelligence

• Design and maintain executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Provide visibility into project progress, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights for senior leadership.

Knowledge Management

• Support development and implementation of a Knowledge Management (KM) strategy for the CIO organization.
• Help establish processes for capturing, organizing, and sharing important information and intellectual property.
• Identify tools and practices that enhance collaboration and improve information accessibility across digital teams.
