Job Description

Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity within the Strategy & Transversal Integration department in Bengaluru. The role is part of teams working on Methods & Tools Digital Products, Methods & Tools Physical Products, Systems Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering Acceleration, or Aircraft Configuration Management.

This program is designed as a 12‑month apprenticeship expected to begin around July 2026, with some flexibility in the start date. The position may require eligibility for security clearance by recognized authorities where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand organizational processes within the department and support improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining business operations.
• Capture business requirements and assist in developing basic digital solutions such as automation tools, analytics solutions, or dashboards.
• Explore emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, and uncertainty quantification methods to create proof‑of‑concept solutions that support operational needs.

Learning Outcomes

• Gain a deeper understanding of organizational processes and how they can be optimized for efficiency.
• Develop insight into business operations and operational governance practices.
• Build digital solutions using relevant frameworks and modern development approaches.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming with basic knowledge of languages such as Python, Angular, or JavaScript.
• Fundamental knowledge of statistics, data analytics, and data structures.
• Exposure to database technologies and introductory knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is beneficial.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools is considered an advantage.
