Job Description
Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity for the role of Engineering Strategy & Transversal Integration Apprentice in Bengaluru. The position is part of the Strategy & Transversal Integration department supporting areas such as Methods & Tools Digital Products, Methods & Tools Physical Products, Systems Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering acceleration, and Aircraft Configuration Management.
This apprenticeship program is designed to provide exposure to digital initiatives, research activities, and innovation-driven projects within Airbus. The program duration is expected to be approximately 12 months, with a tentative start date of July 2026 (flexible depending on circumstances).
Key Responsibilities
- Understand organizational processes within the department and support initiatives aimed at improving and streamlining business operations.
- Capture business requirements and assist in building basic digital solutions for automation, analytics, and dashboard creation.
- Explore emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and related tools to develop proof of concepts that support operational needs.
During the apprenticeship, you will work closely with a mentor who will help define learning objectives and guide your professional development.

- Gain a deeper understanding of organizational processes and how they can be optimized.
- Develop insight into business operations and practical methods used to improve operational efficiency.
- Learn how to explore and build digital solutions using relevant frameworks and technologies.
