Apprenticeship - Customer & Program Solutions
Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity within the Digital for Customer & Program Solutions department in Bengaluru. This program supports digital initiatives, application development, and maintenance activities that contribute to Airbus customer and program operations.
The apprenticeship is expected to run for approximately 12 months starting around March 2026 (with some flexibility). Participants will work in a collaborative environment focused on digital innovation, modern technologies, and enterprise-scale solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing and building digital solutions for Customer and Program Solutions using modern technology stacks such as Python, Java, React, Angular, AWS Cloud, and Palantir Foundry.
- Assist in integrating AI and data-driven capabilities into applications to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Work with Product Owners, Scrum teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver, test, and improve digital products and services.
- Participate in innovation activities, including prototyping and experimentation with emerging technologies.
Learning Outcomes
- Hands-on exposure to full-stack development, cloud technologies, and enterprise data platforms.
- Practical experience applying AI capabilities in digital products, including automation and intelligent workflows.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across multiple technical and business functions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assemble and manage source code repositories to support software stack development.
- Follow established solution standards and system architecture guidelines.
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, integration, and operations.
- Evaluate and experiment with tools that improve product development efficiency.
- Deploy, test, and integrate scalable and maintainable systems and services.
- Support documentation activities such as preparing user manuals when required.
- Assist with functional and technical integration across systems.
- Help define testing strategies, scripts, and scenarios while monitoring execution.
- Analyze how existing applications, databases, web interfaces, and legacy systems interact to meet evolving enterprise needs.
