Apprenticeship Program
Airbus India is offering a 12 month apprenticeship opportunity within the Digital for Customer & Program Solutions department in Bengaluru. The program is designed for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in a global technology driven environment focused on digital innovation and research.
As a Customer & Program Solutions Apprentice, you will support digital initiatives, application development, and maintenance activities that contribute to Airbus customer and program operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of digital solutions for Customer & Program Solutions using modern technologies such as Python, Java, React, Angular, AWS Cloud, and Palantir Foundry.
- Assist in integrating AI and data driven capabilities into applications to improve operational efficiency and decision making.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver, test, and continuously improve digital products.
- Take part in innovation initiatives, experimentation, and prototyping activities to explore emerging technologies.
Learning Outcomes
- Hands on exposure to full stack development, enterprise cloud platforms, and data technologies.
- Practical experience applying AI concepts in digital products, automation, and intelligent workflows.
- Experience working within Agile teams while collaborating with cross functional stakeholders.
The apprentice will receive guidance from an assigned mentor who will help define professional objectives and support skill development throughout the program.
Technical Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals with hands on knowledge of Python.
- Basic web development experience using Node.js with React or Angular.
- Understanding of data structures and basic SQL.
- Exposure to machine learning or generative AI concepts is beneficial.
- Basic familiarity with AWS, DevOps practices, PySpark or big data technologies is considered an advantage.
