Apprenticeship - Customer & Program Solutions

An apprenticeship opportunity for the role of Customer & Program Solutions Apprentice is available at Airbus India in Bengaluru. The position is within the Digital for Customer & Program Solutions department and supports digital initiatives, application development, and maintenance for Airbus systems.

This apprenticeship program is expected to run for approximately 12 months and is planned to start in March 2026, with some flexibility on the start date.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of digital solutions for Customer and Program Solutions using modern technologies such as Python, Java, React, Angular, AWS Cloud, and Palantir Foundry.
• Assist with integrating AI and data driven capabilities into applications to enhance operational efficiency and decision making.
• Work with Product Owners, Scrum teams, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver, test, and continuously improve digital products and services.
• Take part in innovation initiatives, prototyping, and experimentation to explore emerging technologies and expand digital capabilities.

Learning Outcomes

• Hands-on experience with full stack development, cloud technologies, and enterprise data platforms.
• Exposure to the adoption of AI in real digital products, including automation and intelligent workflows.
• Experience collaborating within Agile teams while developing problem solving and delivery skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates with a technical undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines with strong programming fundamentals.
• This program is intended for candidates with no prior full time professional experience. Internships and academic projects are acceptable.
• Ability to commit to the complete 12 month apprenticeship duration.

Technical Skills

• Strong fundamentals in Python.
• Basic web development using Node.js along with React or Angular.
• Understanding of data structures.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Additional Exposure (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Machine Learning or Generative AI.
• Basic understanding of AWS.
• Exposure to DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of PySpark or Big Data technologies.
• Experience with Google Apps Script.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. The role also requires awareness of compliance responsibilities and a commitment to integrity and ethical practices.
