Apprenticeship - Customer & Program Solutions
Airbus India is offering a 12 month apprenticeship within the Digital for Customer & Program Solutions department in Bengaluru. The program focuses on supporting digital initiatives, application development, and maintenance activities that enable customer and program solutions across the organization.
The apprenticeship is expected to begin around March 2026, with some flexibility on the start date. Participants will work within an international environment that emphasizes digital transformation, research, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of digital solutions for Customer & Program Solutions using modern technology stacks such as Python, Java, React, Angular, AWS Cloud, and Palantir Foundry.
- Assist with integrating AI and data driven capabilities into applications to improve operational efficiency and decision making.
- Work with Product Owners, Scrum teams, Architects, and business stakeholders to build, test, and enhance digital products and services.
- Participate in innovation activities including experimentation and prototyping to explore new technologies.
Learning and Development
During the apprenticeship, a tutor will help guide professional development and support skill building. Participants will gain hands on exposure to enterprise full stack development, cloud technologies, and modern data platforms.
- Experience developing applications using full stack technologies in a large scale environment.
- Exposure to AI adoption in real digital products, including automation and intelligent workflows.
- Practice working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders.
The role also requires awareness of compliance considerations and a commitment to act with integrity in line with Airbus standards for responsible and sustainable operations.
