Job Description
An apprenticeship opportunity for a Communications Apprentice is available at Airbus India in Bengaluru. You will become part of the Communications team and contribute to internal and external communication initiatives.
This apprenticeship program is planned for a duration of approximately 12 months and is expected to begin in July 2026 (date may be flexible).
Your Mission
- Content Creation: Assist the team in creating engaging stories, newsletters, and social media posts that highlight projects and people within the organization.
- Event and Branding Support: Help organize internal and external branding events and communication activities.
- Digital Presence: Support the management of internal digital platforms such as the intranet and coordinate with agencies to produce visual assets including videos and graphics.
- Operations: Provide operational support for communication-related activities and initiatives.
During the program, a dedicated tutor will help you define professional goals and support the development of your skills.
Skills You Will Develop
- Corporate Storytelling: Learning how to translate complex aerospace topics into clear and engaging stories for varied audiences.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with multiple departments to gather information and align communication objectives.
- Project Coordination: Gaining practical exposure to planning and delivering communication campaigns.
Functional Skills
- Strong writing and editing ability with clear, grammatically correct English.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Suite or similar design tools for quick layouts.
- Understanding of social media trends and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
