Welcome to Airbus India. The DI teams based in Bangalore build information management systems and related competencies that support Airbus in pioneering sustainable aerospace for a safe and connected world.

Through the Early Careers Program, Airbus hires talented graduates from campuses across India through a nationwide hackathon and interview process. Selected candidates will join one of the Digital Information teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech).
• Understanding of business requirements and specifications.
• Ability to learn technical and functional areas within digital technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including diagnosing and resolving application issues.
• Willingness to learn high performance computing concepts.
• Proactive and independent way of working.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and adapting to Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively and contribute to an open work culture.
• Participate in Agile development activities and support application fixes and improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and carry out trend analysis for proactive improvements.
• Create and update knowledge management documentation where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with globally distributed teams and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs.

Success Metrics

• Ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes by resolving problems, incidents, and requests efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
