Job Description
Welcome to Airbus India. The DI teams based in Bangalore build information management systems and related competencies that support Airbus in pioneering sustainable aerospace for a safe and connected world.
Through the Early Careers Program, Airbus hires talented graduates from campuses across India through a nationwide hackathon and interview process. Selected candidates will join one of the Digital Information teams.
Airbus values curious and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, share knowledge, and contribute innovative ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech).
- Understanding of business requirements and specifications.
- Ability to learn technical and functional areas within digital technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including diagnosing and resolving application issues.
- Willingness to learn high performance computing concepts.
- Proactive and independent way of working.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and adapting to Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively and contribute to an open work culture.
- Participate in Agile development activities and support application fixes and improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and carry out trend analysis for proactive improvements.
- Create and update knowledge management documentation where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with globally distributed teams and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs.
Success Metrics
- Ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes by resolving problems, incidents, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role requires awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity as part of Airbus' sustainable growth and reputation.
