
The Thermal Solutions team operates within the Analysis group of the Structures department. The group focuses on evaluating the structural integrity of aircraft components and assemblies and provides engineering solutions through advanced analysis methods.
The team builds capabilities in thermal and multiphysics simulations using FE/FV and CFD based approaches.
The intern will assist with literature research, concept development, methodology creation, and validation of numerical models. The work aims to generate reliable predictions for burner calibration, fire testing, and thermal analysis activities.
Develop and validate numerical modeling methodologies that support fire resistance evaluation and heat transfer analysis of materials.
The internship duration is approximately 6 to 8 months. The role supports research and engineering analysis activities related to thermal behavior and fire safety of aerospace structures.
