Focused on digital and at the forefront of research and innovation, this role gives you a place in that work. An internship titled AeroLens - Analytics Intern has opened at Airbus India in Bengaluru, within the Integration Test & Analysis department.
Ideally this is a 6-month internship starting January 2027, with some flexibility on the date.
Your Main Missions
- Design and implement an end-to-end telemetry and engineering data architecture to process flight datasets and technical documentation.
- Develop an AI-powered RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Intelligence Core featuring query expansion, hybrid search (dense semantic plus keyword filters), and semantic re-ranking.
- Build an interactive UI workbench (AeroLens) for health engineers to query parameters, perform visual diagnostics, and run failure impact analysis.
Your tutor will help you identify your professional objectives and build your skills.
Skills You Will Develop
- Understanding of vector databases, hybrid search implementation and vector store optimisation.
- Practical knowledge of unstructured aerospace documentation and high volume flight telemetry datasets.
- Interactive application development.
- Exposure to real-world aerospace workflows and Agile engineering collaboration.
