Job Description
Airbus is offering a 12‑month apprenticeship opportunity within the Customer Services FHS‑TSP department in New Delhi. The role is designed for recent graduates who want to begin their careers within a global aerospace organization known for innovation, digital transformation, and international collaboration.
The apprentice will work with teams responsible for TSP MOC, engineering support, planning and technical records, fleet configuration management, and component operations. The program is expected to begin around June 2026, with some flexibility on the start date.
Key Responsibilities
TSP MOC – Defect Cell
- Assist the MOC and Defect Cell teams with documentation such as work orders according to internal procedures and instructions.
- Support follow‑up activities related to discrepancies reported within the MOC or Defect Cell function.
TSP Engineering
- Support reliability data collection, coherence checks, and quality verification activities.
- Participate in technical publication reviews and compliance checks.
- Provide multi‑ATA technical support for aircraft airframe, avionics systems, powerplant, and structural areas.
TSP Planning & Technical Records
- Assist planning engineers with creation of work orders and work packages.
- Help manage planning workflow and technical records processes.
- Support development of dashboards and KPIs for planning and technical records activities.
TSP Fleet Configuration Management
- Contribute to oversight of aircraft configuration including component trees, assemblies, empty positions, and component transactions.
FHS Component Operations
- Assist the component operations team with daily activities, including customer management and supply chain coordination.
Learning Outcomes
During the apprenticeship, participants will gain exposure to continuing airworthiness management and operational processes within aircraft maintenance and services. The program also provides hands‑on experience with aircraft systems, maintenance planning, technical services, component operations, and maintenance information systems.
Apprentices receive guidance from a tutor who helps them define professional objectives and develop practical industry skills throughout the program.
