Intern - C295 Make in India
Airbus India has opened an internship opportunity within the Defence & Space International department for the C295 Make in India program. The role is intended for students seeking practical exposure in a global aerospace organization and looking to complement their academic studies with industry experience.
This internship is expected to run for approximately six months. The selected candidate will support operational and technical administrative activities related to the C295 Final Assembly Line (FAL).
Brief Description
The intern will assist the team with technical administrative tasks at the C295 FAL and contribute to operational coordination activities. The role requires a motivated individual with a strong academic background and an interest in aerospace program operations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support
- Assist with delivery center organization and initial setup activities.
- Provide support for the Airport Entry Pass process and coordinate with airport administration when required.
- Help prepare arrangements and documentation for customer visits.
Quality Operations
- Scan and maintain operational records generated during activities.
- Verify and cross check serial number information in technical documentation.
Production Planning and Control
- Support reconciliation of material coverage against warehouse records.
- Assist in creating and maintaining relevant KPIs for daily tracking.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in English at an autonomous working level.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Capability to interpret engineering drawings, knowledge of CATIA V5 is preferred.
