
Airbus India is offering a 12‑month apprenticeship opportunity within the Digital for Customer & Program Solutions department in Bengaluru. The program is designed for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers within a global organization known for innovation, research, and digital transformation.
The apprenticeship is expected to begin around March 2026, with some flexibility on the start date. Participants will contribute to digital initiatives, application development, and maintenance activities supporting Airbus operations.
The program is intended for fresh graduates with strong programming fundamentals. Applicants should have a technical undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Candidates must not have prior full‑time professional work experience. Academic projects and internships are acceptable. Participants should be able to commit to the full 12‑month apprenticeship duration.
Exposure to areas such as machine learning or GenAI, AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, PySpark or big data technologies, and Google Apps Script can be beneficial.
Fluent written and spoken English is required. The role also requires awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity in support of the company’s reputation and long‑term growth.
