The Opportunity

We are looking for exceptional graduate-level interns to join our R&D IT team. This program is tailored for candidates from top academic institutions who have proven expertise in AI model development. Interns will work on impactful projects with opportunities for publication or integration into core product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, test, and optimize advanced AI/ML models including Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and Predictive Analytics.
• Research & Innovation: Explore emerging AI trends and technologies, translating research into practical solutions.
• Data Engineering: Build robust data pipelines for large-scale data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess model performance using statistical methods and address inaccuracies.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of experiments, methodologies, and results for internal and external reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields from a top-tier institution.
• Portfolio showcasing hands-on AI/ML project experience with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and understanding of MLOps principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
