Rohde & Schwarz India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and talented AI Engineer (Fresher) – Mobile Radio Tester to join our team in New Delhi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and mobile radio testing while collaborating with a global team of experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from mobile radio testing environments to generate actionable insights.
- Assist in developing, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud-based infrastructures for AI system development and data operations.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques such as classification, regression, and feature extraction to solve challenges in mobile radio testing.
- Implement and benchmark AI systems using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI workflows, and MCP to enhance products.
- Support automation of DevOps and MLOps workflows, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of AI solutions.
- Work with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Kubernetes, Azure).
- Contribute to end-to-end product development including app and web UI design.
- Collaborate with multinational, cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or Electronics & Communications Engineering from a reputed institution.
- Proficiency in Python programming, especially for data processing and AI/ML development.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including CNNs, Transformers, model training, fine-tuning, and benchmarking.
- Interest or exposure to LLM engineering, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, MCP, and benchmarking tools such as RAGAS.
- Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps tools and practices.
- Understanding of Docker and experience in cloud engineering with Kubernetes on Azure is a plus.
- Familiarity with web frameworks such as FastAPI, React, and Vercel is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
