Job Description

Adobe is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Technical Consultant under its Adobe Campaign division. This role involves implementation consultancy, technical configuration, and ongoing support for Adobe Campaign clients. You will work closely with global consulting teams and clients to design, develop, and deploy personalized marketing campaigns using Adobe technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation consultancy for Adobe Campaign clients
• Translate client requirements into system architecture and ETL workflows
• Design, configure, and deploy Adobe Campaign modules and multichannel campaigns
• Develop custom scripts for workflows, landing pages, and reports
• Install, upgrade, and configure Adobe Campaign software as per project needs
• Conduct training sessions and transfer technical knowledge to client teams
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve campaign-related issues
• Prepare implementation documents and maintain delivery status reports
• Collaborate with international consulting teams, adhering to global best practices
• Provide technical support and mentoring to digital marketing consultants

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batch are eligible to apply

Skills Required

Technical Skills:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, PHP, SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL

Additional Skills:
Effective Communication, Problem Solving, Time Management

Preferred Knowledge:

• SQL scripting on Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Programming in JavaScript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP
• HTML DOM manipulation and understanding of browser behavior
• Familiarity with Adobe Campaign platform is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Quick learner of new platforms and technologies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Leadership experience is a plus
