Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and refine product development processes.
- Lead teams to develop new products, solutions, and processes.
- Coordinate project logistics and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, sustainability, and waste reduction.
- Secure resources and manage project budgets.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety guidelines.
- Develop resilient, scalable systems to maintain business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, GO.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with web API calls.
- Experience operating and supporting large-scale internet-hosted applications.
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Terraform.
- System engineering and troubleshooting experience in Linux production environments.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, GitLab Runners, Azure DevOps.
- Strong skills in personnel and project management, critical thinking, and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Fixing and engineering experience in large-scale Linux production environments.
- Expertise in networking concepts and protocols.
Batch Eligibility:
- 2022, 2023, 2024 graduates.
