Job Overview

Oracle is seeking an Accounting Support A1-Fin professional to provide administrative and operational assistance within the finance department. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in accounting and finance, offering exposure to various functions such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks including typing, filing, verifying records, and data entry.
• Generate invoices and purchase orders while managing incoming mail.
• Assist with basic journal entries and maintain A/R and A/P records.
• Process employee expense reports in compliance with corporate policies.
• Respond to internal and external finance-related inquiries in collaboration with local finance teams.
• Audit expenses and payment requests for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Work on special projects and assignments as directed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Experience & Education

• 0 to 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
