Role Overview
As a Packaged App Development Associate (ASE), you will be part of a dynamic team that develops, designs, and maintains innovative technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute from requirement analysis to implementation, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, assemble, and support applications based on business needs
- Analyze performance drivers and deliver software aligned with business goals
- Contribute to automation and new technology integration
- Resolve incidents and provide support via email, voice, chat, or remote tools
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality delivery
- Manage IT production systems and infrastructure operations
- Stay updated with latest technology trends and embed them into solutions

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Applications/Computer Science & Applications)
- Batch Eligible: Up to 2024 pass-outs
- No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding
- Must have completed the degree in stipulated duration (e.g., B.Tech in 4 years)
- Maximum of 23 months of prior full-time experience
- Must not have appeared for Accenture’s assessment/interview process in the last 3 months
- Citizenship: Indian citizens only
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals may work without a visa
- All others require a valid work visa/OCI/PIO card
