Internship Duration

• Minimum period: 21 days
• Maximum period: 45 days

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
2. Academic Discipline: Only students from science and technology fields relevant to ISRO’s programmes will be considered.
3. Minimum Marks: An aggregate of 60% or CGPA 6.32 on a scale of 10 is required.
4. Type of Course: Applicants must be enrolled in or have recently completed a regular, on-campus course from a recognized university/institution (India or abroad).
5. Previous Internship Rule: Only one internship per degree is allowed at VSSC.
6. Location Restriction: Internship work is limited to “unclassified” areas of VSSC.

Stipend and Financial Support

• No stipend, remuneration, or financial assistance will be provided by VSSC/ISRO during the internship.
• Students are expected to bear their own expenses for accommodation, travel, and other needs.

Selection Process

• Applications are subject to facility constraints, meaning the number of selected candidates may vary.
• VSSC reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
• Due to the high volume of applications, not all eligible candidates may be accommodated. Applicants are advised to keep alternative options in mind.
