The Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications for its 6-month Paid Internship Program for 2025. The internship offers young and dynamic students hands-on exposure to cutting-edge research in:
Interns will work at the Solid State Physics Laboratory, located at Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi – 110054, where they will gain experience in material preparation, device fabrication, and circuit design.
