The Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications for its 6-month Paid Internship Program for 2025. This prestigious opportunity is aimed at students pursuing studies in physics, electronics, materials science, and allied disciplines.
The internship offers young and dynamic students hands-on exposure to cutting-edge research in:
Interns will work at the Solid State Physics Laboratory, located at Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi – 110054, where they will gain experience in material preparation, device fabrication, and circuit design.
