Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification

• Undergraduate Students: Must be in the 7th or 8th semester of a full-time engineering course.
• Postgraduate Students: Must be in the 1st or 2nd year of a full-time M.Tech course.
• Institute must be AICTE/UGC recognized.
• A minimum CGPA of 8.5 (or 85% marks) is mandatory across all semesters.

Age Limit

• Applicant should be below 28 years of age as of the application closing date.

Other Requirements

• A brief biodata (max 300 words) must highlight academic achievements.
• Any professional memberships or awards should be clearly mentioned.
• A referral letter on college letterhead signed by the Principal/Director is compulsory.
• Internship availability must be for 6 full months, with minimum 15 working days attendance per month at HEMRL.

Stipend & Certification

• Stipend: ₹5,000/month paid in two installments.
  • First installment is paid after 3 months of satisfactory performance.
• Interns must maintain minimum 15 working days/month physical attendance.
• Completion certificate is awarded only after fulfilling:
  • 6-month duration
  • Project work evaluation
  • Report submission
• No certificate or stipend if the student leaves before completing 3 months.
