Selection Criteria #
The selection will be based on:
- Academic merit (CGPA ≥ 8.5 or ≥ 85%)

- Decision of the Selection Committee will be final.

Stipend & Attendance Conditions #
- Amount: ₹5,000/month
- Mode of Payment: Direct bank transfer in two installments
- 1st Installment: After 3 months of attendance (≥15 working days/month)
- 2nd Installment: After successful completion of internship
- Attendance Requirement: Minimum 15 physical working days/month at ACEM
Completion Certificate & Obligations #
Upon fulfilling all internship requirements including:
- Submission and evaluation of project report
- Completion of full 6-month term
- Attendance criteria
A Completion Certificate will be awarded. Partial term interns will not receive a certificate or stipend.

- Original No Objection Certificate (NOC) from college
- Police verification receipt or acknowledgement
- Signed Undertakings (Official Secrets Act & IT Compliance)
- Medical Fitness Certificate (MBBS-qualified doctor)
- Bank account details
- Aadhaar Card (original) and College ID
- All mark sheets (original) for verification
- Three passport-sized photographs
- Indemnity form (to be provided by college)
- Any additional documents as requested later
