This problem statement focuses on analytics engines that calculate how much value card users miss from unused benefits and generate engagement nudges.
Participants build systems that combine customer interactions across apps, websites, call centers, and offline channels into unified timelines for analytics and customer experience tracking.

In the first round, teams need to submit an idea proposal or presentation. A working prototype is not mandatory at this stage.
