Job Description
In this role, you will manage invoices, which includes:
- Creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP
- Obtaining and validating invoices for accuracy
- Approving, rejecting, or correcting invoices in SAP
SAP work requires following AP and C&P processes, identifying OA numbers, creating PRs, following up on POs, creating SESs, and similar tasks.
A significant amount of manual effort outside SAP is also needed, such as:
- Chasing vendors for timely invoices
- Chasing vendors to correct invoice amounts, budgets, and similar details
- Following up with AP on missing invoices, invoice issues, and scanning
- Tracking invoice history for LoS reporting
