The Young Apprentice performs basic, routine tasks and assignments under direct supervision with detailed procedures. This role may service a limited number of products or services, applying knowledge of routine work area procedures. The apprentice completes standardized activities, exchanges basic information with co-workers, and resolves straightforward task-related problems by selecting from clearly defined options.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational and administrative functions.
• Provide administrative support with low complexity.
• Manage copying, printing, and document transportation.
• Check and receive materials.
• Perform basic computer activities.
• Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to policy, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
