About the Program
Wipro's Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a distinctive initiative designed for BCA and B.Sc graduates, offering them an opportunity to build a career in Information Technology while pursuing an M.Tech degree from a leading institution in India, fully sponsored by Wipro.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA as per university guidelines
- Year of Passing: 2025
- Eligible Degrees: BCA, B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
- Core Mathematics as a subject during graduation is mandatory
- Open school/distance education allowed for 10th & 12th only
- Maximum 3-year gap allowed between 10th and graduation commencement
- No gaps allowed during graduation; must be completed in 3 years
- Indian citizens or PIO/OCI holders; Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide citizenship proof
- Minimum age: 18 years at registration
Stipend & Benefits
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
- 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000
Selection Process
- Online Assessment (80 minutes) – Verbal (20 mins, 20 questions), Analytical (20 mins, 20 questions), Quantitative (20 mins, 20 questions), Written Communication Test (20 mins)

Service Agreement
60 months. Joining bonus repayment on a pro-rata basis if the candidate leaves before completion of the agreement period.
Additional Information
Participation in the program is at Wipro's discretion. The selection process may involve pre-skilling training before the final offer letter. Wipro reserves the right to withdraw offers if conditions are not met or in cases of misconduct.
