Program Summary:
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is an exclusive opportunity for BCA and B.Sc. graduates to begin a professional career in IT while simultaneously pursuing a fully sponsored M.Tech degree from a top-tier Indian institution. This is a unique chance to earn while you learn, gaining valuable industry experience and a master's degree at the same time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
- Year of Graduation: 2024 & 2025
- Core Mathematics: Must be studied during graduation
- Business/Applied Maths: Not considered as Core Mathematics
- Backlogs:
- Maximum of 1 backlog at the time of assessment allowed
- All backlogs must be cleared by the end of 6th semester
- Education Gap:
- Maximum 3 years between 10th and graduation start
- No gaps allowed during graduation (must complete within 3 years)
- Citizenship:
- Indian citizen or PIO/OCI card holders
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide citizenship certificate
- Age: Must be 18 years or older at the time of registration
- Additional: Candidate must have a 3-month cool-off period if previously participated in the hiring process
Selection Process:
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability – 20 mins – 20 questions
- Analytical Ability – 20 mins – 20 questions
- Quantitative Ability – 20 mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test – 20 mins
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Round 3: Business Discussion
Post-Selection Process:
- Letter of Intent (LOI) will be issued to selected candidates
- Pre-skilling training required before final offer
- Final Offer Letter issued upon successful completion of pre-skilling
Service Agreement:
- 60 months (5 years)
- Joining bonus is recoverable on a pro-rata basis if the candidate exits before completion of the bond period
Terms and Conditions:
- Wipro reserves full discretion in the recruitment and selection process
- Participation in the process does not guarantee selection
- Any malpractice during the selection or onboarding process will result in immediate revocation of the offer
- Candidates will be informed about outcomes through email or contact details provided
Salary:
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
- 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 (One-time)
