Job Description
The purpose of this role is to help team members resolve standard incident tickets by documenting incidents, tracking their status and monitoring alerts.
Areas of Responsibility
- Ticket triage and resolution: Support the initial triage and response of standard incident tickets (P5 and P4), document them, and make sure they are resolved accurately and on time according to defined procedures.
- SLA monitoring: Track alerts and SLA timelines across the full lifecycle of standard P5 and P4 tickets, follow up on open incidents, and submit reports on SLA adherence for review.
