Job Description

Role Purpose

This role helps team members resolve standard incident tickets by documenting incidents, tracking their status and monitoring alerts.

Areas of Responsibility

• Triaging and resolution of tickets: Assist with the initial triage and response of standard incident tickets (P5 and P4), document them, and make sure they are resolved accurately and on time following defined procedures.
• SLA Monitoring: Monitor alerts and SLA timelines across the full lifecycle of standard tickets (P5 and P4), track open standard incidents, and submit reports for review of SLA adherence.

Mandatory Skills: Unix implementation and maintenance.
